All you have to do is read National Geographic and other science publications which print pictures taken from our satellites in space to see how far various ice sheets and glaciers have receded over twenty years. I have also seen photographs taken locally of glaciers and mountain ranges every few years at the same spots to see how far the glaciers have retreated.
