Yep, I understand that.
I only mentioned it because I've run across a lot of people that believe if
they read it in a magazine or newspaper, that it is true.
Guess I've become very skeptical of things I read or see in the news

That's the way engineering is done. You test the materials and the
methodology used to build a structure, then you use that to build the
structure. We've been doing it that way for millennia because it works.
