Thanks David,

I noticed that it showed up in the list twice as well, but thought that it was 
a result of my testing the lab before pushing it through the add-ons lab 
update. I've tried a couple of things, but the issue remains. I'm not sure what 
is going on with it at this point, but I have contacted Chris for his insights 
and hope to get it cleaned up as soon as possible.
