ah, Chuck, you brought up a point I meant to address in my previous post. It's 
certainly possible to set several hotspots to keep track of various parameters, 
for example, in a plug-in window and query the status without having to lose 
position. I'd have to experiment with this a little while sitting in front of a 
control surface though. I'll probably  be in the studio some time tomorrow and 
will experiment. I might even bring home the 003 to have an alternate surface 
to try away from the Control|24. If I'm truly daring, I might drag the Radikal 
Technologies SAC 2K to see how well it works. I'll probably have to dig for a 
current driver but… Anyway, we'll see.
