Hi Slau, I recently did an install on another machine and for me it was very straight forward. First I installed what needed to be installed on the system drive. Then I did the large factory libraries on a slave SSD drive. After that I did the updates and the Komplete Kontrol software in that order. I did everything myself without any assistance and things went well. Of course you would then need assistance in PT to give NI the proper location of the library. I'm not sure why you had difficulty with the install unless there's something different going on because you used the USB drive? The small challenge was telling the factory library where to install because VO only says the word "text." When you interact with it you'll get something like a pulldown menu where I could only use up and down arrows to navigate. There's a rhythm to it though and once you get it you can just go right through all of the separate installers one by one. I did listen to the self voicing demo and it should be clear to everyone other than the instance part I wrote about. Apparently PT is different then Logic via the instance button. In logic you can just instantiate a new track and hit record and insert Komplete Kontrol. In PT it's necessary to use the instance button on the keyboard with each new PT track as I previously wrote about. It's a bit slow trying to find sounds because of so much scrolling around but it certainly is a welcome change from having to remember everything and hoping you land on the right instrument category and sound.
