Hi Joe,

The initial installation is not a problem as it's a standard installer. The 
stand-alone update downloaders are the ones that seem completely inaccessible. 
I don't mean the individual ISO images like Drum Lab, etc. but the initial 
login and subsequent navigation in the dedicated downloaders. All of this may 
become a moot point in the near future with the new Native Access software 
currently in beta. We'll seeā€¦
