These dealer arrangements are very strange I must say. Maybe with our new frade agreement with the US and Australia they will make things easier.
Plextalk hasn't even opened my email I sent 2 days ago as I asked for a return receipt so still waiting to hear from them.

Surely, these folk realize that with an internationally available product, they have to make arrangements for the availability of extras over the entire market. The whole thing sounds odd to me.
