Hi,

With respects, why not buy your spare battery from where you purchased the PTR1?  The 
PTR1 battery is specific to the PTR1, it won't work in any other device, and you can't 
use any other device battery in the PTR1 either.  This is standard with most pieces of 
equipment like this.  The battery should cost around �30-40, so probably around $50-60 
U.S.

These dealer arrangements are very strange I must say.  Maybe with our new 
frade agreement with the US and Australia they will make things easier.

Plextalk hasn't even opened my email I sent 2 days ago as I asked for a 
return receipt so still waiting to hear from them.
