Hi Everyone,
has anyone had their plextalk give an error message that says, drive error, to restart
press the star key?
Well, I was reading a book and all of a sudden the plextalk stopped and gave me that
error message. I pressed the star key as instructed and it said, cancel restart.
Without doing anything else it restarts on its own. Then, about 30 seconds later it
does the same thing. I'm really frustrated and puzzled about this whole thing. I
checked the CD to make sure that it wasn't the CD causing problems and it works just
fine in my computer in the eclipse reader. I've also played this CD strait through
without any difficulties before. It does do the same thingwith other CDs as well. It's
not just this one CD.
If anyone possibly might know how I can fix this without having to send it in again
I'd really appreciate it. This would be the second time I've had to send this machine
in for a problem since I got it in last November. I love it and hate to part with it,
not to mention that shipping is expensive. I'll be looking forward to anyone's
suggestions and help.
