Actually, another pretty obvious bit of missing functionality is
the ability to copy from the computer directly to the PCMCIA card. I
know this can also be done via a computer, but I don't happen to have a
PCMCIA slot on my home desktop computer wich I use for editing. This
doesn't strike me as a trivial bit of functionality to add, but it sure
would save me loads of CD-Rs!
