Hello everyone. After ordering my plextalk, I received it last Friday and have had so much fun playing with it and learning all about its features. One concern of mine is its "ability" to distinguish between CD's "meant" for data and those "meant" for audio. Most blank CDs I have are ones that I've bought for both purposes (data and music). However, the Plextalk seem s to think that they are meant for data and always instructs me to push record so that it can prepare the disc for DAISY format. Is there a way around this? What if I wanted to record music directly to disc? I have a memory card as well, but haven't determined if I encounter a barrier when trying to back up the pcm 44.1 KHZ audio to a CD that plextalk thinks is for daisy only. Wondered if anyone else encountered this sort of issue.
Also, the reporting of time works quite well except when the hour is 12 (AM or PM). It'll say zero (0) instead of 12. Well, other than that, guess that's it. I look forward to hearing from all of you.
