hello all pymol draw lines between near atom with no real connection between them!I wanted to know if there is a way to prevent pymol of making the bonds (lines)
between atom and that pymol will connect atom only by a specific request (like a connect line in the pdb file) CONECT 416 778 (which means connect atoms 416 778) thank you very much mati
