Careful. That is fine on machines with PC style hardware.
That sort of lead (loopback handshaking) will not work to/from QLs
reliably. Roy Wood proved that at the last Byfleet show - and I got
things going with the lead I described. Having no effectively no
handshaking is a PC disease and not to be encouraged (8-)#
