At some time (empirically based) I have annotated Stephen Morris' 1986
"User's Reference Manual" p141 with -

    SPOOLON SCREEN
         - valid with 'dump' and 'lprint'

        &

    SPOOLOFF
        "..use before 'lprint' to printer if SPOOLON SCREEN has been used.
