Ligthning was never considered reasonably compatible to anything, SMSQ 
had its share of bugs fixed. SMSQ and Minerva *had* to do it because of
copyright, its not a something I would do for fun.

thats what makes me shudder - not few Sbasic programs use floating point
variables to store values for binary arithmetics and the like.
