Yes, it may not be used in most cases, but full mapping 
from qmail-ldap control files into qmailControl object's 
attributes is reasonable. ( I use ldapobjectclass because 
in my ldap tree some ou's mailaddresses is same as some 
users' )

Your patch is very good, but as a novice, I have been 
suffering in using it. I think it is worth spending a 
little time cleaning it. If you should concentrate on 
other more important things about it, you can find a 
volunteer do it for you. If was I not in hunting job,
I will happy to do it for you.
