QmailAdmin 1.2.7 doesn't scramble your .qmail files. If it sees a line in a .qmail file that it doesn't recognize, it leaves in in there when writing the new file.
In my tests it changes |/bin/foo -f bla [EMAIL PROTECTED] | /send/here in
&f &bla &[EMAIL PROTECTED]
If you say it doesn't have to do so, I made an error configuring it.
Please log into the SourceForge page for QmailAdmin and enter a feature request for doing text substitution on the spam command and hopefully someone will eventually add that code.
I've posted a little patch to do so, hopefully working :-)
