I was just trying to clear up the earlier statement that "Even the ActiveMQ guys cannot agree." I don't think any of the ActiveMQ guys thought that NMS would have any problems. I think we can all agree that we would like legal council to provide an opinion on the situation, but I don't think it's fair to say that "Even the ActiveMQ guys cannot agree."
