Ian,

I thought about this when i fitted the seats and brought a section of
light weight box that would fit on the floor between tunnel and
outside edge below the door. This involved cutting wedges in the box
so it would sit over the floor ribs. In the end i did not fit them as
lineing up the holes and getting the bolts in to the seats at the same
time was in the to hard box, but that was strengthening the the floor
support.
