What might help, if you really have to do this within QC (which is the hard
way to do it, what with QC having near-zero audio processing!). Get the
rough audio spectrum data (using the built-in audio patch or the QC one) and
visualise it on-screen as a spectrum. With some luck, you can see the kick
fairly clearly and identify which frequency band it's in. This will let you
manually tune the composition.

Also keep in mind that no two kickdrums are alike, and that other
instruments are going to use the same frequencies - you probably need to be
able to select frequencies to use (and possibly combinations of frequencies
to eliminate other instruments) on the fly for anything live.
