You can't use decimals. But, I don't really see the need. If you
quantize to a quarter note, that should be good enough to get your notes
where they should be. If it doesn't help much, then something is
definitely wrong. There is some editing in order.
Going further, the only problem I see with the quantize functions is
that if you try to quantize to 9, it sometimes doesn't work properly,
because 192/9 is not an even number. But I rarely if ever need to do
that, and if I do, I'll just play with things to get it right. Has
anyone been on this road before?
