I do all of the changes for instruments in system properties, because the 
M-audio controllers aren't the most blind accessible instruments, but QWS 
handles that. Alt+Enter will get you into the properties, and then tabbing will 
get you to the instrument, but if you don't have a definition file loaded for 
your particular sound set you'll have to do it all with program numbers.
