hi again...
Its wierd because no matter how many times I ajust the program number in
system propertys, it still stays the same...
I can change it to a certain extent on the keyboard(but then when I record
something, I can't change the program number either)...
Is it something to do with the way I have set something up do you think?
I am going to try it again later when I am home...
Thanks for all your help...

Try changing it and closing the properties, then opening it again and
changing it. I've noticed some sound sources don't change the sound the
first time, they have to get something settled in their little electronic
heads first before they'll respond to program changes.

Its wierd, because when I change the instrument, it doesn't change the
currently playing instrument if that makes scence...

I do all of the changes for instruments in system properties, because
the
M-audio controllers aren't the most blind accessible instruments, but
QWS
handles that. Alt+Enter will get you into the properties, and then
tabbing
will get you to the instrument, but if you don't have a definition file
loaded for your particular sound set you'll have to do it all with
program
numbers.
