the latest checkins on 7.4.x give each function a dedicated button:
Snooze: Press Big Knob (because the menu is selected) or Volume Knob
Alarm Off: Press Power
Keep Playing: Press Back

I'll try to find time to create a patch for the current codebase which
would allow 3rd party devs to change the alarm popup.
