As far as I can see, the lease is obtained every half hour (which is right according to the spec - you should ask for a renewal after half of the lease time is over). Also at 5:35, 6:05 ... I'm also aware of the bug-report - funny thing is the radio is even posting in the logs (6:55) that it sends a WOL 5minutes before the alarm (though if one uses a network sniffer it doesn't appear). I remember that the Radio is sending a (working) WOL at alarm time again, this could indeed be the reason the server wakes up at 7:14.
