I'm with Bo.

We just need to be aware that we'll still get job posts from people who
haven't read the guidelines. Those occurrences shouldn't trigger another
flood of criticism towards whoever posted the offer; maybe just a gentle,
direct reminder (like Andrew Snow suggested) would be a good way to go. Then
they can update their post.
