I guess I was taking the stuff from the catalogs and Readers too seriously; now I see a picture of Grant and 3 (I presume) Riv's with no fenders. I thought one of GP's big things was to have fenders on in any weather to keep the grit and trash out of the drivetrain and headset. Here I've been riding all summer with them on with no rain anywhere in sight...hmmph! ;-)
