I do always have one bike with fenders just in case (happens to be  
the Riv A/R), one bike without fenders, and one bike that can have  
fenders installed in about five minutes (zip ties and a Sheldon nut-  
what a great idea).  Fenders good, wet arse not so good.  :-D
