Have you considered the Furious Fred? It's made in 26" and 29er and is 
supposed to be extremely fast rolling. I've heard that Schwalbe's warnings 
of fragility from being a racing tire are overstated and they're actually 
OK on durability.

I guess you may not want nobs though. . . I wondered for a while if the 
ideal fatty slick would ever come out and I'm hoping the Big One is it, 
just ordered some from Germany. The tubeless Super Motos are already like 
riding a magic carpet. It's awesome having a bike that's got clearances for 
a 60-77mm tire and fenders!
