Depending on your pbh, another great option would be the possible next batch of Roscoe mixtes, PBH of 77 to 87, so saddle heights around 66 to 76 (see other thread). That might be the ticket--slightly lighter than the Clementine, but can take the nice comfy tires, and will at least look a teeny bit faster than ol' Clementine.
