2009 Outback owner... 215,000 and counting, 100mi per day commuter, weekend
workhorse. I no longer drive to bike and mostly bike from the front door
but I could fit my 65cm Clem H with rear seats folded, front wheel removed,
front passenger seat all the way forward. I'm 6'5" and driver seat is all
the way back/down and maxed out in every direction. The monster Clem
really only fits one particular way and only had to do it a handful of
times but anything smaller fits with ease and some of my much shorter
wife's bikes fit complete with ease. 2009 was the last model year of that
generation(4th?) My understanding is the newer are even larger but not sure
if that's overall or only cabin space? Rear seat is barely a useable
passenger seat in mine with me driving but with seats folded the rear
becomes very versatile.

A friend has an Element as their family car and highly recommended it.
