For my (Leah’s actually) trip thru method ( I’ve only tripped once and that 
was on my She Devil before Leah shared her video ) get your knee high and 
your foot back high as possible and near the lowest part of the top tube. I 
signed up for a cold group ride tomorrow.  I’ll get someone to take a video 
if I remember and can send it to you. The first time doing it is the 
scariest.
