I paid the FedEx bill referenced above yesterday. That one arrived in the mail. Interestingly last night I got email and text for my recent, late April order. It was 10% ($54) + $15 processing. Not unreasonable except there's no documentation other than a dollar amount to pay (documentation field on the web portal is blank). It would be nice if the $14 fee at least produced a piece of paper telling me what I'm paying for. I got a detailed breakdown on the bill I received in the mail (tariff rate, which policy it fell under, etc)
