245 00 $aRevista de derecho internacional y del Mercosur, direito
internacional e do Mercosul.
246 30 $aRevista de direito internacional e do Mercosul
seem to me to reflect the prime source quite well, as well as give
access. "Revista de" appears on the prime source but once. One could
put "..." between "de" and "direito" of the 246, but 246 is not a
transcribed field. Without the "..." one could argue about the 2nd
indicator "0", since it's two portions, not a portion, of the title.
While we are writing rules, how about saying something in RDA to get a
full stop on 246, so there will be periods in resulting notes (even
though this one creates no note)? Perhaps by saying full stops *end*
elements/fields, rather than precede them?
