We would use this, but shorten to "moving image" for display.

is a piece of equipment. The field is optional in RDA.

That's what we would use, with SMD "streaming video". RDA like
AACR2 allows more exact SMDs (aka unit names).
300 $a1 streaming video (36 min., 4 sec.) :$bcolour, sound
Repeating "online resource" in 300 is redundant with 338.
