You have to be in manual mode and that is not very easy and we did not want to defeat the purpose of automation. We have done the manual ones and they do work very well.  People like to move the modules if it is easy.  And, these are really easy.  I even did it by just using my fingers.  (oyster farm work helps with that)

east-west orientation? Problem appears solved

Thanks Chris for the follow up. These were HZLA'a right? Kyle and his Dad Jeff
are great for Wattsun Support! These units have the manual track mode also,
right?

I wanted to follow up on the issue I had previously posted.

We installed two ArrayTech trackers at different sites in the
unconventional east-west orientation. One worked well and one operated
so that it was not facing south very often. Kyle was able to guide me
through some troubleshooting and it appears the problem is fixed.

The tracker that worked properly had the sensor on the west end of the
array and was pointed east. The tracker not working as expected had
the
sensor on the east end of the array and was pointed west. We swapped
the east/west sensor wires in the controller, and reduced the ghost
tracking setting. This caused the tracker to work properly.
