If my memory is correct: What you describe below are port assignments if one is stacking FXR inverters for 120/240 with a Hub 10.3. It also requires changing DIP jumpers from factory defaults. This is not accurate for stacking Radians. With Radians I think secondary inverters can use any port but I have always used 2 through X for secondaries. The quick start guide lists a config where the master is port 1 and the slave is port 7. I believe port 7 is called the sub-master in this config. With only 2 inverters it functions as the slave to the master in port 1. This config has always worked for me. Hope this is accurate info. The master is connected to port 1 and the slave connected to port 2 with the FlexNet at port 3. There are no OB charge controllers in the system. When the hub is polling (led's scrolling) nothing shows up for the slave at port 2. It's like the slave inverter doesn't exist. So I moved the slave and flexnet down to port 3 and 4. No change in the polling. I swapped out comm (factory green) cables. Again no change. Looking at the control board of the slave there is only one green led on which is located at the upper right-hand side. Otherwise no led's are on. I have 57v at the buss bar terminals of the inverter. Of course since there is no polling at the hub there is no way to view port 2 to view the slave at the Mate. Now the only thing that I didn't do was to try and use the manual on/off switch-jumper to start the slave.
