Hi Jay,

I would not mind looking at it but there is not much PV !  I would put
money on the people living there are using it all. Or clouds on the day you
looked. One of the things I really like about Insight is it give me the
site weather. I have not looked at optics in a few years and that means
probably 5 years....Does it show weather now?

 If you and Outback do not see any thing obvious a trip there may be a
good idea.  As Nick asked what did they use on the bad days? That should
give you an idea. Could be a string opening and since it is probably on a
roof, I do not envy you! 

Southwest monsoon moisture up here today. Dry strikes are not needed!
