What does that mean for the developers and providers?
Is it ok to have the server standing in a relatively free country in for example Europe or Africa and stream to China and USA from there?
Or must the company be registered in for example EU to be able provide pictures and sound (H.264/AAC) to internet users?
Or is it as bad as if you provide H.264/AAC to American surfers you may be stopped next time you want visit your American friends?
