It's my humble opinion that that particular monitor is prone to all
sorts of problems. Jittery display being a big one. I mean no insult
to Lite-On or companies that sell that monitor under their own branding,
but in my personal opinion, it's a crappy monitor. Expect all sorts of
weird display problems.
