this should do the trick. you will have to boot up in windows for this to
work though.an several reboots might be required. :) 
browse on over to http://www.windrivers.com/script/info.asp?id=316

click on driver page
then click on v.90 modem upgrades
from there you shoul be good to go
just make sure youread the entire page, i think there is some stuff that
is specific to different modems
