On Thu, 22 Feb 2001, Michael R. Jinks spewed into the bitstream:
MRJ>A quick look around home and office shows at least three machines (one
MRJ>Linux and two OpenBSD) with uptimes above 50 days. Sort of disappointed
MRJ>that I couldn't find anything longer but I tinker a lot.
My best ones right now are:
The LPI Web server:
[root@new root]$ uptime
4:56pm up 38 days, 1:34, 3 users, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00
The MoonGroup.com host:
[root@server root]$ uptime
4:32pm up 53 days, 19:57, 1 user, load average: 0.12, 0.14, 0.15
The LinuxMall.com mail server:
[root@tux root]$ uptime
2:34pm up 215 days, 15:02, 7 users, load average: 0.01, 0.07, 0.10B
The LinuxMall.com web server:
[root@Hubie root]$ uptime
2:37pm up 225 days, 1:06, 95 users, load average: 0.05, 0.07, 0.08
