no, I haven't tried that yet...I'm back in windows...right now...
I will try it tommorrow, and let you know.  Thanks for sticking with
me...here.

in order to boot to the scsi drive i have to unplug (ide drive)...
then reset the bios on reboot...then if i want to reboot back onto 
the linux drive, I have to plug it back in...and rest the bios on
reboot...
it's a bummer...man, i hope you can help me get this working right.
