If you do not configure an SMTP server in pine, then it will call sendmail to deliver the message. If your sendmail is masquerading to a resolvable domain and your firewall allows outgoing SMTP connections, then sendmail should be able to deliver mail directly from the Linux box, including mail destined for your local Exchange box. There is information about setting up masquerading in /usr/share/doc/sendmail-<version>/doc directories. These docs are included in the sendmail-doc RPM. Tony - -- Anthony E.
