If I was to upgrade my kernel in my current linux sysem (2.4.18-18.0) to say the most recent kernel, is there any possible problems that I may encounter that will make my red hat system in-operable? Has red hat incorporated anything into their kernels that a standard release kernel would not cover. regards Greg
