If you have a PRO-96, there is a Niagara region (USA and CA) file on the PRO-96 Yahoo Group. Also, make sure you have a copy of your license in case you get stopped in NY and don't have the PD frequency blairing (shut the scanner off). From memory, the western part of the state all uses 155.505 and 155.535 for NYSP.
