I'd expect the P1dB to be quite reasonable, perhaps a couple of dB better than a typical GaAsFET due to the loss of what filtering it does have on the input side of the preamp. I'm most curious as to the NF, & the P1dB as a function of input freq. The latter will tell you how narrow the input filters are. Bob NO6B
