Well, I guess I would appreciate a bit more of the collective wisdom of
this group regarding cover art. I've tried downloading a few jpgs for
the cover art and I'm finding it a very painful process. I wonder what
pointers people can give me to make this a bit easier. Here are my
specific issues.

1) Amazon doesn't give particularly good cover art for most of what I
want. The pictures themselves are great, they are of a pretty uniform
quality and size but most of the ones I've tried so far have "20% off"
or a similar "sticker" inserted into the image.

2) When I've tried to go to other places I've found that there is no
uniformity in the picture size so some cover art shows up as 2.5 inches
square, others as an inch square. Do people re-size things in some image
editor first (is that even possible?) or just live with different sized
cover art between albums?

3) I also discovered that SlimServer 6.1 is very stubborn about
remembering cover art. Even if I remove a cover.jpg that I didn't like,
replace it with a better one, and then rescan my music folder, I still
get the old jpg even though it has been deleted from the music
directory. The only way I can find to replace cover art is to tick
"Clear library before scan".

Any tips on where to go to get more uniform cover art or any other
tricks that might help me?
