Not too much, its bigger, has no tags, and because its bigger, when you
send it over WiFi there is four times the chance of something going wrong.

Any lossless system will keep the audio quality, lossless is lossless.
Like PKzip, but you can't use a zip compressor for audio.

You could use Apple's lossless, or Microsoft's, or Meridian's MLP, or
flac, they all lossless.

Flac is preferred because everything from the SqueezeBox 2 on handles it
natively, and because its free and open source.
