Are you sure that the glitches aren't in the source CDs? I've had this happen to me. You would think that pressed CDs would have no glitches in the source material, but it happens.
The early Klaus Schulze remasters were notorious for this. Some Tangerine Dream discs suffered from this too - even with new material!!
